  • We commit the buyer to the deal by having them sign the Contract (where possible) and pay the deposit
  • We effect exchange of Contracts (where possible)
  • We arrange inspections with the Buyers Valuer, Bank Manager, Pest Inspector, Building Consultant etc.
  • We liaise with your Real Estate Solicitor and that of the Purchasers to ensure the sale proceeds smoothly
  • Once the cooling-off period has expired and all conditions have been met we will affix a SOLD sticker to your board and inform the neighbourhood
